Each employee is hired on a probationary status for a period of- 90
days. An employee
will not be eligible for any benefits (insurance, holiday, birthdays,
tool purchase
privileges, bereavement pay, etc.) until serving this 90-day probationary
period.
During this probationary period, you are expected to demonstrate that
you will be an
excellent employee and a true asset to the company. Your failure to
perform at this
level while a probationary employee will lead to dismissal.
There are eleven paid holidays per year and vacation pay for full-time
employees is as
follows: one week of vacation after one year of service, after three
years of continuous
service this is increased to two weeks and after ten years of continuous
service it is
increased to three weeks.
The Company provides health and dental insurance coverage for all
full-time employees.
This coverage will be effective on the first day of the month following
the 90-day
probationary date employee started work. Other benefits, requirements,
rules and 401K
savings plan will be explained at the time of employment.
