process is maintained.

vital to our success that personnel and
systems be proactive to ensure effective,
desired customer-oriented results.

employee involvement at all levels is
encouraged and expected. TMI actively
practices management
involvement
whereby each and every employee is
considered a valuable team member. Each
employee will
receive
appropriate training, so that he/she may
understand and maintain the quality
objectives of TMI.
Implementation
of the Policy is carried out through a
variety of written procedures and
instructions. Preparation
and
enforcement of these are the
responsibility of the Quality Control
Manager, and all Management staff.
Procedures
are
prepared as required for customer product
and revised as appropriate. All policies
and procedures are reviewed at
least
annually to ensure their continued
correctness and appropriateness.
